Welcome to the SchoolSplash FAQ page. Here you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions. If you have furthur questions we ask that you please email or fax us. Due to the high volume of phone calls we receive this time of year, it could take up to 1-2 days to get a return phone call. Thank you for your patience.

When can I pick up my wristbands?

If your event is at WATERWORLD, you may pick up at WATERWORLD Mon-Fri 2:00pm-6:00pm
If your event is at SUNSPLASH, you may pick up your wristbands at GOLFLAND Mon-Fri 10:00am-5:00pm

How can I pay for my admission?

You may pay with purchase order, school check, or credit card.
IF PAYING WITH PO – total cost may not exceed what the PO is written for. If the admission cost is higher than what your PO covers you will be asked to pay the difference before you are given your wristbands
IF PAYING BY CHECK – check must be written out to the park you are visiting (Sunsplash or Waterworld) No personal checks will be accepted.

How can I change the number of students on my reservation?

All requests to change reservation quantities must be made at least 4 business days prior to your visit. Changes to reservations can only be made by EMAIL or FAX. No phone calls will be taken to change reservations. It must be in writing.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund will only be given for the first 10%. Any additional will only receive a half refund. For example, if your reservation is for 100 children, and 15 do not show up, you will receive a full refund for 10 students and a half refund for the remaining 5. Wristbands must be turned in the day of your event to receive a refund.

How many chaperones am I allowed to have free of charge?

You will be given 1 free chaperone for every 15 students. However, chaperones will have to pay for meals, if desired.

Can my students bring their lunch?

Yes, students may bring their own lunch. However, no food will be allowed into the Waterpark. All personal lunches must be left in the designated eating areas. We ask that all students write their name and the name of their school on their lunch. Please make sure the students are aware of this before unloading from the bus. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK will be allowed into the Waterpark, with exception of factory sealed bottle water.

Can students buy meals while at the Waterpark?

Yes, meals will be available for students. Students are encouraged to bring at least $10 to cover their meals.
